We provide a variety of services related to the planning and designing of a building, including serving as supervisors and coordinators during the construction process to make sure your design and standards are executed efficiently to the highest level possible.
P-Squared Concepts Inc. (P2) was founded by Patrick England and Patrick Rutherford. Both founders/owners are Architectural Technologist graduates who have worked in the business of architecture for many years. Having a combined experience of over 45 years, both founders have acquired many contacts in the National Capital Region construction industry over the last 25 years. At its core, P2 consists of two founders/owners a full time administrative assistant and full time architectural technologists and /or technicians.
P2 has established a network of independent technologists and /or technicians available to provide services on a contract basis as workload increases. P2 is predominately aimed at offering services to architectural firms in the National Capital area. These services consist of design, drafting and coordination between other Engineering consultants. This currently consists of 60 to 70 % of our services. The remaining 30 to 40% of our services is aimed at land developers, contractors and other private projects.
